The Oklahoma Outlaws logo design is one of the most frequently "appropriated" by minor and amateur sports teams. 
Prior to the team's existence few teams in any sport referred to themselves by the nickname "Outlaws."
Today however, you see Outlaws teams everywhere, from football to girls soccer clubs.

The father and son duo who tried to bring the USFL to San Diego, ended up bringing pro football to
Oklahoma, and in the end, took it away:
