The Gunslingers would trade away six picks in the twelve round 1985 USFL Draft.
The reason?  Allegedly it was because owner Clinton Manges wouldn't sign any of them.
In reality no one knows for sure, but the team's top draft choice, DB Isaac Holt of Alcorn State, never played a down in a Gunslinger uniform.

The San Antonio Gunslingers selections in the 1985 USFL College Draft.  The disposition of the Gunslingers selections in Rounds 5, 8 and 10 are unrecorded.
