CONSTITUTION OF THE
UNITED STATES FOOTBALL LEAGUE
(April 1982)

ARTICLE II - PURPOSES AND OBJECTS

2.1 The purposes and objects for which the League is organized, are:
. (a) To promote and foster the primary business of League members, each member being an owner of a professional football club located in North America.
. (b) To do and perform any other functions necessary to carry out the purposes and objects of the League.

2.2 The League is not organized nor to be operated for profit.

2.3 All rights and revenues specified in the League Properties agreement and generated from or accruing to the League from the conduct of its business or activities, regardless of the source of such rights or revenues, belongs equally to each member club of the League, except as otherwise provided in this Constitution.
