ARTICLE XVI - MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
16.1 Savings Provision.
- If any Article, Section subsection, paragraph, sentence, phrase, or word in the Constitution or in the By-Laws is declared illegal, invalid, unenforceable, or unconstitutional, in whole or jn part, by a court of competent jurisdiction, that declaration shall only effect that section or part thereof, and all other provisions of the Constitution or of the By-Laws not so effected shall remain in full force and effect.

16.2 Execution of Constitution.
- This Constitution may be executed in any number of separate counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but which together constitute one in the same instrument.
