ARTICLE XIV - NOTICES

14.1 Type of Notice.
- Unless the Constitution or By-Laws specify a different form or method of notice, all notices required to be given under any provision of the Constitution or By-Laws must be in writing or by teletype, addressed to the last known address of the addressee.  All notices by mail must be deposited in the U.S. Mail, postage prepaid.
