Buford Jordan would post the Breakers only 1,000 yard rushing season in 1984, gaining 1,276 yards.
While Jordan set the team record for rushing yards in 1984, teammate Marcus Dupree found the end zone 9 times carrying the football, setting the team's record for single season rushing touchdowns.
Despite the team's won-loss record declining over the team's three year history, one single season team record did fall in 1985, as Bruce Miller intercepted 6 passes for the Portland version of the Breakers.
