XII. CONSTITUTION.
. The Applicant agrees that upon United States Football League acceptance of the Applicant to become a member, it will subscribe to and agree to be bound by the United States Football League Constitution, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations, and any amendments or modifications thereof.

XIII. APPLICATION FEE.
. This application for membership in the United States Football League must be accompanied by a certified check for Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars.

If any application is rejected, the League will repay the Applicant the Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars paid by the Applicant at the time of the application, less all expenses reasonably incurred in connection with the investigation and consideration of the application.

XIV. WAIVER BY SIGNATURE.
. By affixing authorized signature at the end of this application, Applicant hereby authorizes the United States Football League to conduct a personal and credit check of Applicant's organization and any person, partner, shareholder, or other financial participant listed in Section VII (E) above.  Applicant hereby expressly waives and agrees to hold the United States Football League harmless of and from any claims, damages or suits arising as a consequence of any act by the United States Football League, its officers, employees, agents, or anyone acting, directly or indirectly, by, through, or on behalf of, or pursuant to, any contractual or any other relationship with the United States Football League in connection with the conducting of the personal and credit check of Applicant and other financial participants listed in Section VII (E).
